Treb Ryan: Meet “Generation SaaS”

This is an interesting post on SandHill.com from the CEO of OpSource about how SaaS adoption will accelerate as a new generation of workers that “grew up” with web-based technologies will resist retrofitting skills and processes to old software-based tools, and will expect on-demand tools that are straightforward, ubiquitous, and open.  This is an angle that hasn’t really gotten much traction in the world of SaaS punditry, but is definitely something that needs to be considered (and anticipated).
